Absentee and retake photos will be taken Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 7:45 AM in the auditorium. Please read carefully, use the correct form (attached), and follow the deadlines.

If your student did not order before OR was absent in August / is a new student

• Form: Original Order Form (attached)
• When to arrive: Thu 10/16 at 7:45 AM (auditorium)
• What to order: Choose one base package (PKA, PKB, PKC, or PKD) before adding any add-ons.
• How to pay: Bring check and completed order form in an envelope by the morning of 10/16.
• Deadline:  After Oct 16, late fees and shipping charges will apply.

If your student needs a retake

• Form: Retake Form (attached)
• When to arrive: Thu 10/16 at 7:45 AM (auditorium)
• Payment: Bring the retake form and the associated fees listed on the form on 10/16.
• Important: If you already purchased a package, your student must return the original package in its original packaging on retake day.
• (The retake form explains the three different fee/procedure scenarios—please review carefully.)

If you would like to order from the original August photo (no retake)

• Submit your order form and payment to the HS Main Office ASAP, no later than Wed, Oct 15, 2025.
• Your student does not need to attend on retake day.
