Hello Woolie families, 

The first round of parent conferences will be held on Google Meet on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

On October 9, sign-ups for the conferences begin. I will send out a WeJoin link to sign up. For families that have students in co-taught classes, please sign up with the co-teachers separately. 

On October 14, sign-ups for the conferences end. This gives teachers time to organize and prepare for their meetings.

On October 15, Google Meet links for the parent conferences will be made available. This gives you time to organize your meeting schedule.

On October 16, conferences begin promptly at 6:00pm.
